We focus on long-term living: monthly, 6-month and yearly stays. We do not do nightly or holiday rentals. Every villa is a real home you can settle into.
Are there any agency or finder fees?
No tenant finder fees. You deal directly with Apex, the team that actually manages the villa, so there are no middlemen marking up your rent.
How do I know a villa is really available?
Availability and pricing are synced from our own management systems, so what you see is current. Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm move-in dates in minutes.
What is included in the rent?
Most long-term villas include pool and garden maintenance, regular cleaning and reliable internet. We will share the exact inclusions for each villa before you sign.
